Joining the Team
THE SUCCESS of A & C Security Services over the past
30 years does not rest in its solid foundation and good
management alone; the team of high trained professionals
who function in the role of security officers, have helped
the company to grow and ensured its continued success.
At present, it is possible for persons who wish to
pursue a career as a security guard, to become a part of
the hardworking and dedicated team at A & C Security
Services.
To seize this employment opportunity, at least two
CXC certificates, a recent Police Certificate of Character
and a valid Security License are required. Application
forms can be collected from the office in Barbarees Hill on
Mondays to Fridays between 8:00AM and 5:00PM daily.
The completed form should be returned with the following
documents:
• Valid form of identification
• National Insurance (NIS) Card
• Copies of all certifications
• Recent Police Certificate of Character;
• Four recent passport sized photographs
• Valid Security License
Note that non-nationals are also invited to apply with
the requisite work permits. All shortlisted candidates will
be required to undertake a week of training sessions as it
relates to customer service, the laws of Barbados, security
protocols, report writing and the employee manual.
